President

Syed Ahmed has been a leader in land  syndication and land development for nearly 30 years in the Edmonton and surrounding areas. Having bought over 14,000 acres and worked with all major municipalities to develop land throughout the Edmonton area. Now  leading Meridian Development Inc. to become one of the leaders in developing  high end residential estates on prime real estate across from city limits in the county of Strathcona. Teaching and working with our clients to create wealth through real estate, the most secure asset with the highest return on investment available in the market. 

Vice-President

Ed Wanke has been a leader in the Edmonton construction industry at the highest level for over 25 years. Having successfully managed construction projects in all sectors of the market including institutional, commercial, light industrial, multi-family, and high end residential. Including major infrastructure developments such as the Edmonton Federal Building, Airport Expansion, major multi-family residential developments in both high rise and low rise as well as multi million dollar homes. Ed's largest skill is working closely with people throughout the construction process to ensure  successful delivery. Working closely with each end user/owner to understand their needs and desires of their buildings and homes designs while minimizing costs and maximizing the return on their investment.

Having taken marketing and business at the University of Alberta, Hasan has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Spearheading marketing campaigns that bring new investors, Hasan  has made a name for himself in his young career. Hasan has proven to become the face of Meridian Development Inc. a positive asset to the community.
